At SR2M, we want you to love your Single Status Bracelet as much as we do! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got a simple and fair refund policy for you:
If your item arrives damaged or broken, we’ll gladly replace it for you! To process the replacement, please provide proof of the damage with a photo or video. Once we receive the necessary evidence along with proof of purchase, we’ll promptly send you a new one!
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt and/or order number to help us easily locate your purchase. This information is essential for processing your refund or replacing item.
Refund Process: Refunds process within 7 business days!
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
